That’s quite a mouthful, isn’t it? But Silver Cross is quite a resource. It’s a fully licensed, 73-bed skilled-nursing and rehab facility, and it’s right here on site. The Pavilion is professionally staffed with Registered and Licensed Practical Nurses as well 
as Certified Nursing Assistants, and they’re on duty around the clock. Silver Cross offers long- and short-term care as well as physical, occupational and speech therapy, and the staff-to-patient ratio is double the minimum requirement the State of Illinois recommends.
And it’s so convenient! To visit a loved one, our residents simply walk to the Pavilion from within Friendship Manor, instead of having to drive across town.
And the food is just wonderful! Our residents enjoy the best of French, German, Italian, Dutch, Indonesian, Swiss and American cuisine. It's all prepared by very talented 
culinary professionals and served by an efficient and courteous wait staff. Unlike some places that serve soup and sandwiches once a day, our residents enjoy three hot meals every day. And there's a huge buffet to choose from.
You should also know that Silver Cross Pavilion is both Medicare and Medicaid certified. The Pavilion adds to the overall feeling of security and ‘hominess’ one enjoys here at Friendship Manor.”
