Some of our residents need a little help with daily activities 
such as bathing, dressing, and medication reminders. That’s the concept behind our Assisted Living apartments – to focus on wellness while maintaining our residents’ independence. Friendship Manor provides an individually tailored plan of assistance, a home-like atmosphere, comfortable, well-
appointed common areas, absolutely delicious cuisine*, engaging social activities, local transportation and personalized care. And to makeliving here ‘feel like home,’ residents bring their own furniture and belongings to furnish their studio, or one- and two-bedroom Apartment Homes.
The Manor offers three levels of care from Minimal Personal Assistance, to Moderate and Maximum Personal Assistance.”
Level I
Minimal Personal Assistance – This service is included in the Monthly Rental Fee and includes medication set up and general oversight while the resident is in the common areas of the community.
Level II
Moderate Personal Assistance – This level includes those services provided under Minimal Personal Assistance as well as medication reminders, observation of medications, stand-by (non hands-on), assistance and verbal cuing for activities of daily living (i.e., dressing, bathing, eating, transferring).
Level III
Maximum Personal Assistance – This includes all of the services provided under Moderate Personal Assistance as well as hands-on assistance with medication administration and activities of daily living (i.e., dressing, bathing, eating, 
transferring).
